Some venues provide preferred vendor lists, and they can be a helpful starting point. That said, we don’t require couples to hire from a specific list in order to work with us. Our priority is documenting your day honestly and making sure things flow naturally. The best photos happen when your vendor team is built around what actually works for you, your personalities, and your priorities, not just who’s familiar with a space. We’ve worked with incredible planners, coordinators, and vendors who were on preferred lists and just as many who weren’t. Experience, communication, and mutual respect matter far more than whether someone’s name appears on a list. If your venue has guidelines or requirements, we’re always happy to collaborate, follow the rules, and introduce ourselves to new teams. Our job is to be adaptable, professional, and easy to work with so you can focus on getting married, not managing vendors.
